Tuesday: 4-5 pm 30 minutes free weights training followed by 30 minutes of hatha yoga.
Please come to class early to gather equipment so we are ready to start at 4. Shoes required for the weight training portion of class. Bringing your own mat recommended.
Thursday: 4-5 pm 60 minute Vinyasa Yoga Flow using the YogaFit format.
